With over 18 years of experience leading people, operations, and organizational strategy across industries, the founder of Bailey Performance Group has seen firsthand what separates thriving businesses from struggling ones — and it almost always comes down to leadership and culture.
After years in various executive and management roles, the decision to launch Bailey Performance Group was simple: bring that same caliber of strategic leadership to the small and mid-size businesses that are the backbone of our economy — but rarely have access to it.
